No: Kienbocks is a avascular necrosis and or collapse of the lunate bone of the wrist usually due to abnormal forces placed on the bone by an anatomic abnormality. Treatment if symptomatic and progressive is surgical, correcting the underlying abnormality and sometimes using vascularized bone grafts
