SBO: Have you passed any gas or stools at all? If not, it could be small bowel obstruction, for which you need a tube that goes down your nose to decompress your intestines and if it doesn't get decompressed, you may have to get surgery. To rule out serious causes of bilious vomiting, go to the er asap. If you ate something dark colored, it could also be that, but if not, definitely head toward the er.
