Stomach spasms for 24 hours in mid to lower abdomen. also mild cramps on right side abdomen. not sure if i should take zantac (ranitidine). ?

Stomach cramps right: I think you should see and ER or doctor/urgent care today, as with cramping on right side think appendicitis. Could also be ovarian cyst, mass, UTI, right diverticula ( which is rarer) kidney stone (especially if back pain). But since appendicitis is emergency would follow up w/ doc/ ER today.
