Per the US Preventative Services Task Force, it is not recommended to screen for pancreatic cancer in those with no symptoms. The presence of diabetes does not change this recommendation. If you have a family history of pancreatic cancer, I would discuss more with your primary care doctor, otherwise I would avoid stressing out about this rare cancer.
