Yes: Yes, diabetics are at an increased risk of developing pancreating cancer as well as a whole host of other malignancies.

Yes.: There may be other cancers diabetics are at increased risk for, but the important one is pancreatic cancer. Long standing diabetes increases the risk. So does smoking.
