Im experiencing squeezing in my chest, shortness of breath, back pain, shoulder and arm and neck pain on the left for 4 days. ecg says septal infact, sinus tachycardia & abnormal ecg but the er sent me home. should i schedule a follow-up appointment?

Need to see ECG to be able to help. Best to look at old ECG if available. Do you have early family history of heart attack. Are your lipids OK. If you smoke stop. Discuss with your reg Dr who knows you.
