Did the treadmill stress test provoke chest distress& do you experience it with exertion or emotional stress? If not, I would look into testing for radiculopathy, impingement of a nerve root caused by a spur or bulging intervetebral disc in the upper spine. An MRI can detect these. Consulting a neurologist to check for nerve pain may be worthwhile. Spontaneous coronary vasospasm is more fleeting
