Wash and dry all clothing and bed linen thoroughly, minimize the moisture of the groin area or where the lesions are prominent and continue to take griseofulvin tablet (2-4 weeks) and apply antifungal cream, twice daily. The pill should be effective but it takes longer time. The fact that you are treated with oral antifungal med means you have a widespread or relatively resistant case of ringworm.
