Do what derma says.: Duracan is an antifungal that can be used to treat ringworm. The elica m cream contains another antifungal as well as a steroid. This antifungal treats the ringworm, and the steroid just helps the ringworm be less red and itchy. There are lots of ways to treat ringworm. It is harder to kill fungus on nails so be sure to follow up with your dermatologist whenever you're supposed to go back.
