I took my temp under my tounge with a digital thermometer 2 of them actually and got 98.4-98.8 used my forehead thermometer and its showing 99.7-100.5 wich one is more accurate?

Under the tongue is more accurate. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
