Sometimes hear ringing heartbeat in ears lying down at night. Not present at other times, when standing in quiet room hear mild tinnitus but doesnt pulsate. Google has scared me. Is pulsatile tinnitus only lying down, not every night, a concern?
Had hiccups lasting less under 5 mins, during which rt ear first made a tone, felt full then there was a pounding/heart beat sound for 1-2 mins. Have gotten ear thing in past but rarely 1-2 year. Worry some? Is it pulsatile tinnitus? Normal BP 105/65?
