None of the available vaccines are effective treatments for any strain of HPV. They are effective in building resistance to any new strain to which someone has never been exposed. Once the body has cleared an HPV strain and made it hibernate the body is somewhat immune to re-emergence, but it can happen. The vaccine is not known to make any difference.

No, it does not. HPV vaccine does not have a protective effect if you were exposed to HPV before vaccination. Most of HPV infections are subclinical (not noticeable) and clear spontaneously within 2 years.

HPV vaccine will prevent infection with viruses covered in the vaccine. It will not eliminate the virus already in your body. It would be better to get Gardasil 9. For info: https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/medicines/human/EPAR/gardasil-9
