I fell work been 12 weeks fractured medatarsal fracture slight herniated l-5 disk and dr says foots healing so far xray but still hurts so bad across top foot and under foot feels like walkin on something numbness all toes what is going on ,advice?

Your bones should be heeled by now if proper immobilization was utilized. Try contrast bath therapy. Two buckets of water. One hot one cold. 3 minutes in hot 1 minute in ice water Hot Cold Five times each More the better
