Pain as described can be caused by abdominal adhesions from bowel to abdominal wall. Past abdominal infections (appendicitis, for example) or surgical procedures can cause these adhesions. A general surgeon may recommend a diagnostic laparoscopy to aid in this diagnosis.

This time try a Urologist. Tell him to check and see if it is a Urachal problem . Urachas is a duct which connects the belly button to the top of the bladder and disappears at birth. If it persists in any form can cause symptoms similar to yours. Good luck
