I accidentally played an audio at full volume using headphones.it was so intense it send my body to a shock.and took me few seconds to take off my headphones.could it have ruined my ability to hear certain sounds.especially the low frequency sounds?

Headphone use at high volumes over time can cause hearing loss, and typically this affects the high frequencies initially. An intense one-time loud noise exposure may or may not cause permanent damage and the best way to clarify is to have your doctor order an audiogram study.
