When someone gets angry extremely easy always blameless and dislikes certain sounds to the point of getting mad, hearing someone chew ,taping, clanking sounds, kids playing loud, someone talking alot. is this meantal health issue called ?

Sometimes question like this come from people are close to the person and may also provide insight into the person. How is their thinking, mood, health?
