When someone gets angry extremely easy always blameless and dislikes certain sounds to the point of getting mad, hearing someone chew ,taping, clanking sounds, kids playing loud, someone talking alot. is this meantal health issue called ?

In order to answer the question, we need more information. Why does the person get angry? Sometimes question like this come from people are close to the person and may also provide insight into the person. How is their thinking, mood, health? The person would need to be evaluated for at least an hour See a doctor in person.
