I had gastric sleeve surgery 1 week ago. i was put under and received spinal anesthesia. i currently am having trouble not feeling the urge to pee. i never feel like i need to pee or that my bladder is full. what could possibly be the cause of this?

See the anesthetist who performed the spinal anesthesia, as agents providing spinal anesthesia may still be in the spinal canal, causing some decreased awareness of a full bladder, however this effect should diminish over some time.

After pelvic surgery 3 yrs ago for endo, I developed bladder pain in my lower abdo that radiates down to genital area (near and around urethra). No pain when passing urine or when bladder is full. Does that sound like nerve pain and is it treatable?
