You don't need to start over. You should get your second primary shot (Moderna or Pfizer) and then wait 2 months and get the bivalent booster. I would also recommend that you wear an N95 or KN95 mask when indoors in crowded places, especially when community levels are medium or high (even when low it would be a good idea since you have an autoimmune disorder).
