The blood test results you described are not specific enough to suspect hereditary hemochromatosis (HH). Typical HH presents with high transferrin saturation and ferritin level, and abnormal liver function tests, e.g., elevated ALT, prothrombin time, etc. I would like to get another ferritin level and liver function test before considering MRI of liver or genetic testing.
