I'm not on any medications andmy urine smells like eggs. i drunk some cranberry juice and it went away then came back. i haven't ate asparagus either.

Maybe diet related: Hi The egg smell is caused by sulfur. If you smell it in the urine, usually it is because you're eating foods that have a lot of sulfur in them or you are dehydrated. Sometimes UTIs can smell pretty bad but you'd like have other symptoms. There are some rare illnesses that can cause this but again, you'd likely have other symptoms. Hope this helps
