If you do not get any symptoms in a day, you would be in the clear. It is not feasible to say that you will not get food poisoning without knowing the state of the dip, before you put it in the fridge.

If the dip had been refrigerated the entire time, it is unlikely that you will get food poisoning from it. If you do have vomiting, try to stay well hydrated. See your doctor if the vomiting persists. Good luck.
