I am/was ovulating and i norm get pain. last night when i had extreme pain, a heating pad helped. the pain was across my lower abdomen on my c-section scar from 2 years ago. when i sit it hurts in my rectum. when i poop it hurts in pelvis. whats wron?

Your symptoms seem unusual for pain from ovulation. Keep observe the symptoms for now, ovulating pain should be over by now but your symptoms persist and other symptoms develop, you should see your doctor. Local heat +/- OTC analgesic (tylenol or advil) can be used temporarily. There is not enough info at this time for a clinical diagnosis.

I agree with Dr. Le's advice. The constellation of symptoms you describe suggests presence of a high degree of pelvic congestion or possible pelvic inflammatory disease.
