My urine osmality is 177 mosm/kg h20 and serum osmality is 300.5 mosm/kg h20 after 8 hours fluid deprivation so my endocrinologist is claiming that i am suffering from either central diabetes insipidus or nephrogenic diabetes insipidus is he right?
