I had a ct scan for an upcoming knee replacement and in the findings they listed i had an underdistention of the urinary bladder. is this something i should be concerned about? i thank you in advance for your help?

The radiologist often uses the fluid in the bladder as a reference to compare to other abdominal contents. If your bladder is not distended it means you emptied it before the study. It does not imply any bad or worrisome issue.

Get a urologist consultation. You don’t want to risk infection postop with bladder manipulation

All it means that at the time of the test your bladder was not full. if you have no urinary symptoms then nothing to worry about
