Second, go to a local plastic surgeon and get examined, you may be able to start kenalog (triamcinolone) injections to soften and lessen the keloid.

Remove/steroid/press: Remove the piercing, consider steroid injections and then apply localized pressure and massage with silicone gel sheeting.
