: Period can come early, on time or delayed after taking plan B. Yes, when it comes early (within 5-7 days of sex) you may confuse with implantation bleeding. However, implantation bleeding is only spot bleeding, most often only one day or max 2 days but early period after plan B is usually an almost normal period.
