Depends on lab: You need to ask your OB. It depends on the primal ranges in the lab. It sounds like she has antibodies to rubella, which means she is immune. That is a good thing.

Protected: The presence of IgG antibody with IgM antibody signifies that she was either immunized or had natural disease in the past.
