I take 10 mg of generic lexapro daily. i missed a dose and this morning was feeling the side effects, so i took one of my daughters 5 mg buspirone. but my medicine got filled today so i wanted to know if it was okay that i took the 2 together?

Buspirone is not a suitable substitute for lexapro, but I don't expect trouble from only one dose. Your pharmacist can validate this advice for you.
