Hello. i had a lumbal puncture 6 weeks ago. i had strong headache and tinnitus. headache went away after 4 days but tinnitus remained. i had a bloid patch but it did not work. i still have tinnitus and cant sleep. what should i do? when it will stop?

At 6 weeks, the tinnitus and insomnia may persist without some intervention. Do see an otolaryngologist and have an audiometric evaluation. Also, re-contact the physician who was involved in the lumbar puncture and discuss the next steps.
