Fibromyalgia ?: 25y male c/o "fatigue, body pain, headache, sleep disorder" & needs general medical exam to rule out a systemic disorder. These symptoms are signature symptoms of fibromyalgia; which should be considered if no definite diagnosis is discovered. In young males, participation in extreme sports with acute-severe or chronic-repetitive low back and pelvic injury from blows to the buttocks can initiate.
