Not being treated with animal products is easy, since they are rarely used in medicine. However, almost everything thing has been tested in an animal, or used in veterinary medicine, at some point. The facility that makes your medication would not be the one that did any testing. That would have been done years or decades ago by a research facility. It also has been tested in human volunteers.

Chances are that if you are adamant about avoiding all animal-related products, you will not easily find a surgeon to perform your procedure, as most will refer you elsewhere, as there is no conclusive evidence to exclude your concerns.
