Gallstones : Gallstones and their symptoms can be highly variable from one person to another. Many people can walk around and feel normal with gallstones, and they do not need surgery. Other people with gallstones get upper abdominal gas and pressure discomforts with nausea or vomiting. If you hare having gallstone pain and symptoms, which usually get worse with eating fatty or greasy foods, then you should see you family doctor to see if they recommend referral to a surgeon. Probably also not the best to wait for severe unrelenting abdominal pain and vomiting to occur.
