Ive been having a fullness in the ear for a week. dr confirmed that there is no fluid in my ear. i also have a sore spot behind my left ear lobe that is tender the touch. sound like occipital neuralgia?

Occipital neuralgia causes clear cut discomfort at the base of the neck with radiation up the scalp behind the ear. Blockage of the eustachian tube at the back of the nose caused by nasal congestion or polyps can cause blocked ear sensation. I recommend a thorough evaluation by an ENT specialist for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
