Your symptoms are not consistent with trigeminal neuralgia alone. If you have not had a brain scan (CT scan or MRI) done recently, you may need one. Please follow with a neurologist.

Recommend that you seek examination from Dentist to rule out dental disease affecting your status. Also recommend that you see Neurologist to help manage our trigeminal neuralgia.

Your description is consistent with temporal-mandibular joint dysfunction and/or dental disease, and would urge appropriate dental consultation. Your described symptoms are NOT consistent with trigeminal neuralgia, unless you have sudden intense, immobilizing, lancinating painful repetitive attacks, lasting a few seconds, over the same facial location.
