I am getting unusual sensations in my left chest close to my heart. but no pain or anything.. due to this i am getting anxious and thinking about wrong things all the time. it feels like heart palpitations with no other symptom. not a good feeling?

At age 22, it is not uncommon to have palpitations occur in response to anxiety and vice versa - Anxiety occur in response to Palpitations or Tachycardia (Fast heart rate). Coffee, Exercise, Fear... can cause the heart to beat faster. If symptoms persist, see PCP or Stop by Urgent Care for Evaluation and possible EKG.
