You need to be evaluated by a doctor to find out what is causing your symptoms. AN EKG while you are having these symptoms would be helpful to see if you have an arrhythmia. A chest imaging study-like an x-ray or a CT scan-would be helpful to see if there is any fluid in your chest. So, see a doctor-you may need to see a heart doctor for evaluation/testing. Good luck!
