I am experiencing sharp pain in my left breast. the following also describe me: feeling anxious and heart palpitations. what should i do?

Breast or chest?: This is the obvious question. If it is breast pain then make an appointment with your regular doctor. If it is chest pain, we get concerned about cardiac conditions or possibly esophageal spasms. Both of those could cause anxiety and palpitations which are simply secondary effects of fright. In your age, it is unlikely to be a serious cardiac event but you should seek medical care.
