Can 500mg of amoxillan be taken a second course again for another tooth absess bacterial infection ?

It is concerning that you have had multiple abscesses. Note that antibiotics do not cure dental abscesses, but instead minimize the spread of infection. Antibiotics have to be coupled with dental treatment (root canal or extraction). Please see a General Dentist and follow his/her advice. Please do not self-medicate.
