HIV test help! Had condomless M to F sex Dec 27 no ejac. Tested Jan 24 (4 wks). HIV 4th combo was negative. VL PCR test shows HIV RNA not detected, less 20 ml the threshold. Doc said Im neg? Conclusive or not? Developed dry cough, had COVID in Jan?
