No risk: If you were potentially exposed to HIV through kissing, you were not at risk, even if he had a high viral load. HIV is not transmitted by kissing. With under 40, even unprotected sex would be risk free. You didn't need testing. Your RNA test is 95% conclusive. Most exposed persons also have an antigen-antibody (AgAb, 4th generation) blood test after 4-6 weeks, but really no need in your case.
