Metallic taste can come from many different sources, including dental issues. If you are eligible for public assistance please apply. If not, there's a hospital based clinic in your area that may have reduced rates. You can also call your local district dental society for further guidance. https://www.sphp.com/location/st-peters-hospital-dental-center https://www.third-district.org/

Causes could be from ,certain medications, chemotherapy, sinusitis, pregnancy, and a head injury. Also dry mouth, gum problems, metal in some supplements and possible nerve damage. Try rinsing with hydrogen peroxide and water, half and half.
