can't afford any treatments from the dentist or those whitening strips. i brush my teeth a lot.. any ways at home to make my teeth whiter?

Sorry, no: You will need to spend money on some type of whitening product, even if it is just whitening toothpaste for a few dollars. Brushing your teeth a lot does not whiten them. Intrinsic stains (coffee, tea, etc) cannot be brushed out.
