Touching warts or not has nothing to do with spreading. However, two years is atypical for persistence and spread of genital warts. See a doctor --- ideally a dermatologist or STD specialist --- to confirm the diagnosis and for treatment. Maybe it's something other than warts, but if warts are confirmed, they can be effectively treated. Good luck.

Not necessarily. spreading depends on the invasiveness of the virus and the immune response. You should see Urologist and get them treated, In the meantime lead a healthy life with good food and exercise. Good luck.
