My husband have ptsd bec. of a previous situation which he thought a muscle pain was a heart attack. doctor said all findings were clear. they said he had a mental disturbance when it happened. now, he feels dizzy and weak, what is the cause?

The symptoms mentioned are common to several different illnesses/conditions. No reliable diagnosis can be made without a full review of history/exam and tests. Go to the doc who knows him and stay involved until it is sorted out.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
