Front veneer broke after 9 months. went to a new doctor..he said all 6 have to be redone as gums were not adjusted properly and there is cement under gums. cost 10k. as he thinks i will need crowns with build ups. should i ask for another opinion?

Cement can be removed. Crowns are different than veneers. Are your tooth so broken down that you need crowns? If you're not unhappy with the way they look when you smile then gingival recontouring may not be needed. 2nd opinion is in order.
