Nicorette (nicotine gum) gum: Nicotine is not good, point! but as far as interaction between nicorette and cipro, (ciprofloxacin) I am not aware of any. Smokers (not on nicorette) take Cipro (ciprofloxacin) without restriction.

Nicotine Gum: Yes. It can be chewed while on cipro (ciprofloxacin). There would be no interaction to be concerned about.
