Epidural: Yes this could be an epidural headache from a dural puncture. You should talk to the anesthesiologist about this.

Probably : Headache when standing or bending forward, stiff neck, sensitivity to light are all symptoms of so-called postdural puncture headache. Fluid intake, caffeine tablets and bed rest are usually enough, but if symptoms last longer than a week the "blood patch" procedure is indicated.

Possibly : Your anesthesiologist should see you right away and evaluate you for a post dural puncture headache as well as meningitis. I the headache is positional and you have no fevers, meningitis is unlikely.
