Earache: Perhaps you have an earache. Visit a Doctor for an otoscope exam of the ear. It is common to get lightheaded when you have middle ear infection. This would also account for the decreased hearing in the ear. The concentration and attention span is a focus problem . Another entity all to itself. Consult a Doctor for ear exam.
