Barometric pressure: Change from blowing your nose and dysfunction of eustacian tube. Try otc antihistamine and unless otherwise contraindicated otc Pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine. Don't blow nose so vigorously. If unable to clear after a day or more see your doctor.
