Drinking enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless is good for your health, but it will help in losing weight. You need to reduce you intake of food and increase physical activity/exercise. Joining a support group like Weight Watchers may help. It is not easy to lose weight and it gets harder as you get older. Wish you good health!
